At Inside Eye, we aim to deliver every order as quickly and smoothly as possible.
This page explains how we process, ship, and track orders placed on insideeye.store.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Tracking may take up to 24–72 hours to update depending on the carrier scan.
2. Delivery Timeframes
All orders are shipped with tracking and typically arrive within a reasonable delivery window depending on your location.
If anything feels delayed or unusual, our support team is here to help.

3. Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping on orders over AUD $100

Orders below $100 may include a small shipping fee, shown at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may pause while the parcel is in transit — this is normal.

You can track via the link sent to your email or through any global tracking site.
5. Fulfillment
All Inside Eye products are shipped from our international fulfillment partners to ensure consistent stock and fast delivery worldwide.
Every unit is quality-checked before it leaves the warehouse.
6. Customs & Import Fees
Some countries may apply import duties or taxes upon arrival.
These fees (if charged) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows Delivered but you haven't received the parcel:

Check mailbox, front desk or neighbors

Wait 24–48 hours (couriers sometimes scan early)

Contact us at support@insideeye.store and we’ll assist with the investigation
8. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or not working, email us within 14 days with:

Order number

Photos or video of the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Incorrect Addresses / Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we can reship it — reshipping costs may apply.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
