We want you to feel confident when shopping with Inside Eye.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll fix it quickly — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return, refund, or replacement if:

Your item arrived damaged, defective, or not functioning correctly

You received the wrong product or missing parts

You contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo or video proof
To qualify, the item must be:

In its original packaging

In unused condition

Linked to a valid order number / proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
We’re unable to accept returns for:

Change of mind after the product has been used

Damage caused by incorrect setup, misuse, or modification

Clearance or sale items unless damaged on arrival

Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards
3. How to Start a Return

Email support@insideeye.store with your order number + reason + photo/video proof

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days

If approved, we’ll provide the return address and next steps
⚠️ Returns sent without approval cannot be processed or refunded.
4. Return Shipping

If the issue is on our side (faulty, damaged, incorrect item), we cover the return or replacement.

If returning for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend a tracked shipping method for your protection.
5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Bank or card processing times may vary by provider.
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 days, contact us and we’ll assist.
6. Replacements
If you’d prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’re happy to arrange it.
Replacements are shipped once the issue is confirmed by our support team.
7. Exchanges
We only exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not yet shipped.
If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
